Terms & Conditions – Blooms of Jasmine
Deposits & Payment:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings for weddings or larger bespoke items.
Full payment is due 6 weeks before the event, installation, or delivery date.
Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be used as payment for other items if a booking is cancelled.
Quotes & Pricing:
Quotes for fresh flowers are estimates, as flower prices may fluctuate and are only confirmed closer to the event date. We will always aim to stay within your budget and communicate any necessary changes.
We have a set price list for faux flowers which will not differ.
Booking within 14 days of receiving your quote secures the quoted price.
Payment due dates are final. Please make a note of your payment deadline to avoid delays or disruption to your order.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel or delay your order at our discretion.
Order Amendments Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 12 weeks' notice for any changes to your order. After this point, stock is ordered and preparations begin, so any requested amendments will be subject to our discretion.
Please note that any alterations—including changes to your colour scheme—made within 12 weeks of your wedding may incur additional charges.
Pre-Made & Bespoke Items:
Pre-made items must be paid in full before dispatch.
All bespoke items are non-refundable, as they are made to order specifically for you.
Cancellations:
The booking deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking, the deposit will not be returned under any circumstances.
We understand that plans can change, so we are happy to offer a one-time transfer of your booking to a new date, provided we are notified at least one year in advance of your original booking date.
Unfortunately, if your event is scheduled to take place in less than a year, we are unable to reschedule or transfer the booking.
As we accept a limited number of bookings, late cancellations result in lost opportunities to secure other clients. The deposit serves as a commitment fee and helps protect our business from financial loss.
